If you didn't take the class last year then it must be taken this year. The TCRC will again sponsor a Skywarn Spotter class on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Open Circle Church, 2400 Highland Drive, Burnsville, MN from 9AM - 1PM. The class is free, please bring a pencil.
